​Spiritual practices, or contemplative practices, have been the cornerstone of religions as early as human origins.     Science now tells us how important they are for emotional regulation, resilience, hope, patience, curiosity, compassion and so on.

Eliana and Greg take a light-hearted--but reverential--approach to a variety of spiritual practices, offering tips to make the practices interesting and accessible for (nearly) all ages.
