How much does it COST? 

Accommodation, travel, food and supply costs will be covered for all of the events listed above.  ​

What do I need to have ready to apply?

• the name and contact information of the person you chatted with about this opportunity.  We want you to have discussed this with someone who you trust who will help guide you in making the decision to apply.  It could be a teacher, minister, youth group leader, family member - someone who feels this would be an amazing opportunity for you and for the church 
• if you are under 18, the name and contact information for your parent or guardian.

​What are the EXPECTATIONS?​

We get it, you want to know what being a part of Youth Forum entails! There are several commitments we'll be asking you to make.

You must be able to attend the following IN FULL:

• IN PERSON the YOUTH COUNCIL Gathering of Pacific Mountain and Chinook Winds Regional Councils from February 14-17, 2025 at Camp Fircom, BC.  
• Online meetings
  • Youth Forum Online - Sunday, April 6, 4-6 pm EST 
  • GC45 Gatherings
    • Sunday, April 27, 2025 (online) 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. ET: Orientation to GC45, meeting technology and travel planning.
      
    • Sunday, June 22, 2025 (online)
      4:00 to 7:00 p.m. ET: Opening of General Council
      
    • Saturday, June 28, 2025 (online)
      11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET: Learning and discussion
      4:00 to 7:00 p.m. ET: Learning and discussion
      
• IN PERSON Youth Forum Gathering in Calgary - August 5-12, 2025 Inclusive
